    Likely an estate made pieces Primarily pine with what is believed to be elm sides. Adaptions throughout its lifespan. The plinth has been changed and the cornice adapted, likely to fit into a particular space

    The exterior frontage consists of a pair of panelled doors, one being slightly too close to heat for some unbeknown reason! The interior is fully shelved, plenty of space to hide the clutter

    In proportion and has the style of school cupboards of the Victorian era

    Modern paints and scumbles have been removed to leave early 20th century paints. The cupboard has sat by heat, likely a fire, leaving a crackled effect which penetrated through each layer of paint and in turn, binding various layers together. This created a unique challenge when stripping

    Internally, multiple shelving systems create good storage space. Finished in a mid 20th century blue paint

    English c.1870

    Large and well proportioned in stature. The dresser top itself is decorative and internally finished in a later blue paint. The dresser base comprises of three healthily sized cupboards, all sitting on Georgian inspired bracket feet

    Throughout the years, some adaptions have been made on the rear quarters and where the dresser top sits. However, there appears to be no clear or obvious reason as to why they were made!

    Overall, a rustic charm runs throughout the dresser. Oozing farmhouse appeal, a piece to create an impact in the room
