We believe that our actions must be responsible and respectful to the environment, society, and economy. For this reason, we implement sustainable practices in every aspect of our business operations- from sourcing raw materials to product production and disposal.
We choose to use eco-friendly and biodegradable products, minimize waste, and reduce our carbon footprint. We understand that building a sustainable legacy is not only important for the present but also for future generations. Our commitment to sustainability is a continuous effort to make a positive impact on people and our planet. 5 ways we are trying to be more sustainable:
Use what we have: Before we go buying new things, we take a look at what we already have. It is always best to use up what you have before you go buying new things.
Buy second hand: Instead of buying new, we try shopping secondhand. There are some great places to find gently used items at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
Shop locally: Shopping locally is a great way to be more sustainable. Buying from local farmers markets, for example, means less transportation of goods.
Reduce packaging: We look for products with less packaging or packaging made from sustainable materials. We also try reusing containers and bags we already have.
Consider the lifespan of your purchases: When buying products, try to consider their lifespan. Will it last a long time or will it need to be replaced quickly? Investing in long-lasting items reduces waste overall. Antiques are a great example. You want something that will last!
